Last season he fulfills Dragons captain very well. As captain he is confident in his abilities, as well as confident in the abilities of his team members. He knows how to share leadership through delegation and last but not least he knows how to encourage team to participate in all events.Pranav

Three things that make him a worthy captain – Commitment, Confidence, and Creativity. He has a passion for the task he do and I think he can communicate effectively with the team. He has the ability to create an inspired culture which may influence the team to perform at their best.Ram

He did a great job captaining the Griffins in 2016 (all be it we ended up in third place, no reflection on his abilities at being a captain!). He is dedicated, manages to motivate the team, and most importantly takes up a lot of the activities, tasks, sports etc. himself – instead of just delegating things here and there. Combination of talent and managing the team is supreme, and so my vote goes to keep him as a captain 🙂 .Upalika
